Evidence suggests that attention is improved by meditation.Our ability to notice, and be aware of our experience and our environment, allows us to live more fully and regulate our emotions.

If we are unaware, then our MIND and EMOTIONS can be high-jacked, taken off on a train of thought and emotion, perhaps down an old familiar path, that can lead to stress, anxiety, depression and chronic unhappiness.

So listen up, you don’t need to let your MIND hi-jack your experience and your life. Scientific evidence reports the more MINDFUL we are of our thoughts and feelings, the greater capacity we have to live more fully and make wise choices, instead of reacting mindlessly.
