8 Week Mindfulness for Health & Wellbeing Courses

The next evening 8 Week MBSR Course starts on

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course- 
Wednesdays from 6.45 – 9.00pm 
CBT Mills, Chandlers Ford, Hampshire  

Course overview: The course is highly experiential, supportive and structured, the 8 week MBSR Programme will provide you with:

  • guided instruction in mindfulness meditation practices.
  • gentle stretching and mindful movement.
  • group discussion and mindful communication exercises to enhance awareness in everyday life.
  • individually tailored instruction.
  • daily home assignments.
  • guided meditations and handouts.

The course is challenging, and life-affirming. To get the most out of coming to the class requires work and commitment on your part. You will be asked to practise the meditations for up to one hour every day at home in between classes. Finding this time can initially make the course seem stressful, but it is in the home practice that people gain the lasting benefits of the course.
